"As a little girl, I can remember my late father racing motorcycles. At age 10, he took me on my first ride.⁠ ⁠ I’ve always had an infatuation for motorcycles. I thought that it was so empowering to see black women on motorcycles, especially Harleys. This amazes me how any activity is typically viewed as something only men can participate in.⁠ ⁠ My favorite motorcycle experience was two years ago when I traveled to mile marker 0 (Key West). This was my first long-distance trip.
